RETURNS

Like all footwear made to last, you will need to break your SWAMISZ in. SWAMISZ will soften yet retain their unparalleled, double-plugged strength.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Eco-Friendly-Footwear.ca is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Please send us an email to returns@eco-friendly-footwear.ca to receive a return authorization number. Without this RA number your credit will not be processed.

All unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt and tags, for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it's a return for a defective product.

Please allow us up to 10 business days from the time we receive the returned product to credit your account. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received the returned items.
